Some of the weirdest things happen in my Bio class. Today, we were coloring in a DNA transcription diagram (and was prancing around the room looking for a teal pencil to finish my diagram). I already forget how it came up, but here's the idea: PANTCILS. A pantcil is a type of pencil that looks like a pair of pants. The original idea was each pant leg to be a pencil, and as you sharpen it, it slowly turns into capris and then shorts. I then changed it to a mechanical pencil for each leg that can swing up so you can write with it easily. Or have a pair of pants walking around on your desk. I also formulated a whole 'nother franchise off of this: pantcil action figures. It's just a torso that would connect to your pantcil, but it would be SO fun.

So, would YOU buy a pencil that looked like a pair of pants?

In other news, I drew Graverobber last night. It's still just the pencil sketch, but it turned out nicely. I have 's request done and I'm gonna scan it soon. I also did this slightly morbid drawing based off of "Country Death Song" from the daughter's perspective. Give the song a listen and try and figure out what it means. I think it's gonna get thrown into my scraps, so check there soon.

Now, I'm off to design my multi-billion dollar enterprise of PANTCILS!
